1) Stock Availability

Order Status

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order.

2) How long does it take to process my order?
Order processing is only done during weekdays. Orders received during weekends will only be processed on Monday. If Monday is a public holiday, it will be processed on Tuesday.

Delivery

1) What are your delivery charges?
Delivery charge is applicable for both local and overseas customers. Delivery rates are calculated according to the weight of your total purchase.

2) When will my order arrive?
This would depend on your area of residence. For customers residing in Singapore, it takes between 2 to 4 business days and for overseas customers between 3-10 business days.

For customers residing in Singapore, bulk orders will be hand-delivered. We will contact you to arrange for an appropriate delivery time.

Returns and Cancellations

1) Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled, but a 5 % cancellation fee of the total purchase amount will be charged. To cancel your order, please contact us.

2) Can I return or exchange my purchase?
All products, once sold are non-returnable, unless the wrong product was delivered to you or the product was defective upon delivery. Please retain your invoice and contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
